1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Video Virality Analyzer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Video Virality Analyzer is an AI-powered tool that analyzes short-form video content and provides virality scores, visual feedback, and improvement suggestions. The Service uses artificial intelligence and should be treated as advisory — results are not guaranteed.

3. Account & Authentication

You may create an account with your email address and a password, or sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must not share your account or session with others.

4. Credits & Payments

New accounts receive 3 free analysis credits.
Additional credits can be purchased via Razorpay. All payments are in INR.
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
If an analysis fails due to a system error, the credit used will be automatically refunded to your account.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
Use automated tools to submit analyses at scale beyond your credit allowance
Resell or redistribute analysis results commercially without permission

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the videos you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. Videos are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after analysis. Analysis results and suggestions are provided for your use and may be used freely.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
